Description
Vibration joint improves the vibration damping ability as its stainless steel annularly corrugated hose has excellent elasticity and vibration damping ability. For the assembly of vibration joint, at first press the corrugated metal hose into the stainless steel connector and weld them together by argon shielded arc welding. Then cover the stainless steel wire sleeve on it and clamp and fix it by the stainless steel clamping ring. Weld the metal connector, the braided metal wire sleeve and the metal clamping ring into one by argon shielded arc welding. Finally, press the red copper tube into the metal connector and weld them together by argon shielded arc welding. Vibration joint features safety, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and heat-resistant as well as low noise and perfect vibration resistant and good compensation for the heat displacement, installation deviation and foundation settlement.
