Customers struggled to tell apart quality and service from various brands and reseller agents, which eventually led to concerns on long-term reliability, spare parts, serviceability and stock availability. 

Due to this reason, Amcon switched its gears and began manufacturing in-house in 2021 to offer better value coupled with unrivaled after-sales service. The sole aim for Amcon is to exceed market demands and expectations, taking into consideration the largest challenges and concerns that are faced by our toughest customers. 

Currently, Amcon’s pricing for Cooling Tower Systems is 20% to 25% below market price, benchmarked against the best Cooling Tower brands in the ASEAN region, while still offering the equivalent in Cooling Tower manufacturing standards.

Aside from manufacturing Cooling Towers, Amcon also carries stock for Cooling Tower spare parts from all brands, from cooling tower fan motors, rotating sprinkler heads, fan blades, and PVC corrugated infill, all on an Ex-Stock basis.
